Show InformationHide Information

In 1983 pioneering art curator Monika Kinley and her partner Victor Musgrave invited their artist friends to lend works for a small show in their new London home. The show was called Artists Make Faces and in 2013, 30 years on, the concept was recreated for a large-scale exhibition at the Plymouth City Museum & Art Gallery (Kinley had moved to Plymouth in 2004) with identity, posters, banners and literature designed by Intercity. The exhibition featured a distinctive and personal selection of works by artists such as LS Lowry, Frank Auerbach, Gilbert and George, Eduardo Paolozzi and Lucien Freud.
